Yaser Abdel Said: Irving, Texas taxi driver on the run since daughters shot dead in taxi cab.
In a story eerily similar to the murder of Mississauga, ON teen Aqsa Parvez three weeks ago, two Texas teenage girls were shot dead on January 1 after feuding with their Muslim father over their modern ways.
Don’t let anyone tell you this is just another example of “violence against women”, or “domestic violence”, or “religions fundamentalism”. This happens somewhere in the world nearly ever day, in one community, and one community only. From the Fox News report:
As the family of two teenage Texas girls allegedly shot by their father and left to die in his taxi prepared to bury them, their brother issued a plea to his father.“I just hope he turns himself in because, you know, he messed up the whole family,” Islam Said, 19, told MyFOXDFW.com after his sisters were found dead Tuesday night.
Said said his father, Yaser Abdel Said, 50, of Lewisville, Texas, was having a very hard time when his daughters, Sarah Yaser Said, 17, and Amina Yaser Said, 18, started dating.
Connie Moggio, the girls’ aunt, said there had been turbulence in the Said household for a while.
She said her sister married Yaser Abdel Said at the age of 15 and was pregnant shortly after, adding she had tried to leave her husband many times over the years, most recently, on Christmas Eve.
“A few days before she called me at my job and told me she was leaving because he had threatened the girls because they were dating,” Moggio told MyFOXDFW.com.
Rest in peace, ladies. Aqsa has saved a place for you next to her in heaven.

To one with a highly experienced eye, it is obvious the murders of the beautiful Said sisters of suburban Dallas were dishonor killings.

God bless our muslim sisters. This mentality is ridiculous and whether it’s murder, stealing, or anything, we are all responsible for our own actions. Why are people in this world is unaware that there is punishment for crime and poor judgment. If the girls did wrong they’d learn their own lessons in life. But what makes anyone think that they can take someone’s life, or commit any crime and it’s justified. Not in any country. People are just getting out of control. Many people are religious, but how many people really pray -

This is a very tragic story, my prayers are for the Said Sisters. The world is a bad place, but we have to do something about and get rid of these people and ideas. Laura I totally agree with you, and Allah knows he is guilty, let him be punished in the hellfire. Also to “an American” –> These murders were not due to an honor killing, Islam abolishes these types of acts. Prophet Muhammad put an end to this barbarism. Its a sin to do honor killings it just exists within the cultures with people grow up in, but WE all have to bring the light into Evil. May God/Allah bless you all with good hearts and mend those bad ones. Rest In Peace my Muslim Sisters.

i feel for these girls, i cried once i heard this story, to me i really don’t think the religion should be involved, doesn’t matter if your christian, Muslim Jewish, it really doesn’t matter, anybody bad would of done this, i hope this Yaser guy goes to hell, he needed to get a life, i though parents were suppose to be happiii once there children is accepted in a collage, but um,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, ”Allah” is god by the way, ”An American”, America is a free country doesn’t really matter Wat you are, why u discriminating Muslim people for who they are, no1 discriminating u,,,,,,,,,, u need to get it straight
